Online sessions are held from the safety of your own home via phone or video-calling (via Zoom for Healthcare). Zoom is an app that you can easily download on your phone, computer or tablet.

Coverage and payment

I can direct bill most Blue Cross plans. Many other insurance plans also cover counselling services but require payment upfront which can then be submitted for reimbursement.

Payment can be made via cash, e-transfer, credit card or debit .
